By placing an order with Summi's Kitchen (operated by VB Techspace Private Limited), you agree to the following:
- Orders are confirmed only once payment is received via UPI and the screenshot is shared with us on WhatsApp.
- Prices shown are current at the time of ordering and may change without prior notice.
- Delivery is free up to 8 km from our kitchen; beyond that, ₹15/km is added and shown in your cart before you check out. We currently deliver up to 20 km from our kitchen — message us on WhatsApp if you're further away and want to check for an exception.
- Delivery times are estimates; actual delivery may vary with traffic, weather or order volume.
- Cancellations are accepted only before we start preparing your order; once preparation begins, the order can't be cancelled or refunded.
- If there's a genuine issue with your order (wrong item, quality concern, etc.), message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
- All food is freshly prepared under FSSAI License No. 20823005002649. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example if an item is out of stock or delivery isn't possible.
